Destination Information for Croatia

Despite Croatia’s explosion of tourism over the past decade, it has managed to protect its sense of authenticity, standing up to globalisation and maintaining the local influence that makes it stand out. The Adriatic coast provides clear seas to compliment the sandy beaches, with plenty of tourist hotspots along the 2,000 kilometres of seaboard. And the fact that there are over a thousand Croatian islands means there are many hidden gems for tourists to uncover.

The country’s cuisine is sure to dazzle the palate, as locally sourced ingredients ensure great taste. There are also many contemporary art galleries and exhibitions to visit, particularly in the capital of Zagreb, where the artistic scene is continuing to grow. Or tourists may be interested in going on the Game of Thrones location tour, taking them round the landmark locations where the world’s most popular TV show was filmed.

Infections and Outbreaks frequently change from country to country and by attending our clinics you will be given the most up to date clinical and safety advice from our team of specialists. Our advice to you often includes aspects such as:
